[1]the material basis of war is multifaceted,and the economy is the core,the most fundamental foundation.After entering the all-round Anti-Japanese War,under the instruction of the CPC Central Committee,the eighth Route Army,reorganized by the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army,went deep behind the enemy forces,opened up anti-Japanese base areas,launched guerrilla warfare,and led the vast number of military and civilian forces in the base areas to actively develop the economic construction of the base areas.Starting a war requires a supply of materials,that is,living goods and materials The supply of combat materials.The opening up of anti-Japanese base areas behind the enemy lines and the development of guerrilla warfare objectively require a strong military industry as a support to provide the necessary combat materials.In order to better carry out combat with the enemy,the military logistics work system,that is,the Department of supply,the Ministry of Health,the military station,the Ministry of military Industry and other departments have been set up,cooperate with each other,and jointly provide timely supplies for the forward forces.Under the deep concern of the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and with the selfless assistance of the masses of the people in the base areas,the military industry in the base areas has gradually developed from nothing to nothing in the arduous struggle of the vast number of military workers.As an important link in the production of weapons and ammunition and the supply of combat equipment,military workers are an essential element in the military logistics work system,one of the key factors affecting the victory or defeat of the war,and make outstanding contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.For a long time,due to the confidentiality of military industry,there are few published newspapers,magazines and books,and few military workers have been mentioned,so they have not received much attention.At present,there has not been a special study of military workers in academic circles,but the study of workers groups mainly focuses on the industrial workers in the economically developed large and medium-sized cities during the Anti-Japanese War,such as the occupied areas and the national regions,and their labor characteristics and living conditions.The situation and labor security and other issues are studied.There are a lot of researches on military industry in anti-Japanese base areas,but most of them are about the development of military industry,the factors of production and other objective aspects,and have not explored the workers.In this paper,the method of case analysis,literature research,chart analysis and other methods,all-round,multi-level analysis of the eighth Route Army military workers.The thesis is divided into the following five parts: the first part starts with the general situation of the military industry in the base area to understand the development course of the military industry,the general situation of the eighth Route Army's weapons construction and the origin of the military workers in the early stage of the Anti-Japanese War;The second part goes on to analyze what constitutes its production and life The main contents,strive to restore the true production and life of military workers;The third part puts the military workers under the macro-era background of the War of Resistance against Japan,in order to explore the ideological and political situation of the military workers before they took part in the revolutionary cause.To compare the progress made by the military workers after accepting the ideological and political reform and education of the Communist Party of China and their effects;The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of military workers as a social group,different from other urban industrial workers and their important contribution to the Anti-Japanese War;the fifth part summarizes the basic reasons why the military workers can persist in production during the Anti-Japanese War.The victory of the War of Resistance against Japan,in addition to relying on the high-level leadership of the Communist Party,benefited from the assistance of the masses of the people in the base areas,as well as the selfless efforts of the vast number of military workers who were hard-working and not afraid of sacrifice.After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,the vast number of military workers,either to earn a living or for the independence of the country,rushed from all over the world to the front line of North China and devoted themselves to the revolutionary cause of winning the war.In production,workers overcome the difficulties of lack of raw materials,crude equipment,backward power and so on.While ensuring the quality of production,workers set up armed self-defense forces to protect the factory,raw materials and equipment from loss.In life,the workers are in the backward base area for a long time,so they can only guarantee the most Low levels of food and clothing,even when the war situation is tense,food and drink difficulties often occur.It isin this environment that workers insist on production,and the military industry in the anti-Japanese base area continues to grow.To some extent,the research on military workers makes up for the blank in this research field and expands the scope of research on the history of base area.
