Research On The Cultivation Of Voluntary Spirit From The Perspective Of Moral Generation Theory

Voluntary spirit,as a noble spiritual quality,is the need of The Times' continuous progress and development.Its promotion and promotion are conducive to meeting the value demands of the public,improving the ideological quality of individuals,and promoting the harmonious development of the society.The new era puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of voluntary spirit.Voluntary spirit,which originates from individual's moral needs,plays an important role in improving individual's ideological quality and alleviating social relations.Therefore,it is very important to apply the virtue generation theory to enhance the effectiveness of voluntary spirit cultivation.This article will generate virtue theory as the research Angle of view,the integrated use of literature research,exploration method and system analysis method,the volunteer spirit fosters issues in-depth study,based on ethics and internalization,stable quality,moral behavior produces three stratification analysis it is concluded that generate virtue theory is applied to the volunteer spirit fosters the rationality and necessity.At the same time,it points out the problems and causes in the cultivation of voluntary spirit from the above three levels,and finally implements the solution to the problems in the cultivation of voluntary spirit in the external force of individual moral standards for self-self-discipline,forming stable voluntary quality and consciously practicing voluntary virtue.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters for discussion: the first chapter is an introduction,which aims to introduce the purpose and significance of the research,summarize and sort out relevant research reviews at home and abroad,clarify the research ideas and methods,put forward the innovation points of this paper,and explain the core concepts in the cultivation of voluntary spirit and the theoretical basis of the research.Chapter two,the rationality and necessity of applying the theory of virtue formation in the cultivation of voluntary spirit.The function of virtue formation theory lies in promoting individuals to internalize virtue in mind and externalize virtue in action through the effective cultivation of three links,namely,the internalization of morality,the formation of virtue and the generation of virtue.Therefore,the application of voluntary spirit cultivation can encourage individuals to form their own stable ideological quality,so as to continue to effectively volunteer service.Chapter three,the existing problems of voluntary spirit cultivation from the perspective of virtue formation theory.This chapter makes an in-depth analysis and points out that the specific problems lie in the individual's failure to internalize the moral code effectively,the breeders' lack ofeffective cultivation of the individual's stable voluntary quality and the cultivation work's failure to guarantee the individual's voluntary behavior effectively.Chapter four analyzes the attribution of the existing problems in the cultivation of voluntary spirit from the perspective of virtue formation theory.The reason lies in the lack of guidance for the internalization of moral norms,the neglect of the exploration of individual moral consciousness and the interference of complex environmental factors in individual voluntary behavior.Chapter five,the path selection of voluntary spirit cultivation from the perspective of virtue formation theory.This chapter puts forward a series of specific measures to solve the existing problems on the basis of the interpretation of the reasons,hoping to achieve the goal of cultivation by applying the virtue formation theory in the cultivation of voluntary spirit.This paper tries to make some innovations in the following aspects: first,it expands the research perspective of cultivating volunteer spirit.Starting from the theory of virtue formation,this paper will deeply analyze the convergence of virtue formation theory and voluntary spirit cultivation,hoping to solve the problems existing in voluntary spirit cultivation through the application of virtue formation theory,and provide a new theoretical perspective for voluntary spirit cultivation.Secondly,it deepens the understanding of virtue formation theory.This paper tries to take the theory of virtue formation as the guide,to implement the cultivation of voluntary spirit to promote the formation of individual virtue,and enhance theeffect of cultivation.To some extent,it is consistent with the theory that man is the subject,virtue is the main content,and moral practice is the key content.Therefore,it deepens the understanding of virtue formation theory.
