Study On The Role Of Mongolian Middlemen In The Service Practice Of Ganqi Maodu Port

With the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road",more and more cooperation and exchanges among countries along the "One Belt And One Road".In the process of developing multilateral cooperation and international relations,the effective use of the characteristics of transnational nationalities and the full play of their natural national advantages are of great significance to reducing the cost of developing export-oriented economy,improving the efficiency of international exchanges and the satisfaction of international cooperation.While fully tapping the potential of ethnic minorities to adapt to the development of today's society,it is possible to give consideration to the protection of ethnic diversity,improve the all-round development of various undertakings of ethnic minorities in politics,economy and culture,and further enhance the understanding of the status and role of ethnic minorities in the development of the state.The historical,geographical and resource advantages of ancient business roads,and the policies of China and Mongolia have led to the rapid economic development of the Ganqi Maodu port,resulting in communication problems between the gathered Chinese and Mongolians.As a transnational nationalities,the Mongolian people have the advantage of language and emotional identity,as well as the opportunity of livelihood type transformation,so they have become indispensable middleman for trade,management services and daily translation between people of different nationalities and occupations at the port.At the same time,they also play an important role in promoting the development of Mongolian themselves,promoting the relations between China and Mongolia,and guaranteeing the security of border areas.In addition,this paper puts forward specific solutions such as cultivating border trade talents,reasonably guiding the intermediary industry,and standardizing the professional quality of drivers,on the basis of the problems such as the shortage oflocal talents and the lack of regulations in the intermediary and transportation industries found in the investigation process.
