Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Rural Vitalization Strategy

The rural vitalization strategy is one of the highlights of the report of the 19 th National Congress.The central government has successively issued a number of relevant documents to ensure the implementation of the rural vitalization strategy.Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that the promotion of rural vitalization strategy will strengthen the leadership role of rural grassroots party organizations.Therefore,in the new era,the construction of rural grassroots party organizations will be strengthened,making it a key force for continuing to play a leading role in leading rural development and a solid bastion for implementing the rural vitalization strategy,and it will become an urgent problem for rural development in the new era.This paper takes the rural vitalization strategy as the starting point,draws on the multi-disciplinary research thinking and methods,and strives to carry out in-depth research on the construction of rural grassroots party organizations from various angles and summarize the scientific conclusions.First of all,this paper expounds the significance of the rural grassroots party organizations for the rural vitalization strategy from the aspects of perfecting the organizational structure,the grassroots political ecology and promoting the development of various undertakings,and clarifying the research value of this paper.Secondly,based on the comprehensive consideration of the actual visits and the collection of news,this paper explores and analyzes the problems still existing in the construction of rural grassroots party organizations since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,pointing out that it still exists in the six aspects of leadership protection,organizational setup and talent optimization.The problem,and the root causes of the problem from the four aspects of social environment,operational mechanism,resource supply and political ecology.Thirdly,it sorts out the practice and innovation of rural grassroots party organizations in the new era.The 18 th National Congress is the turning point in the development of rural grassroots party organizations.At this stage,innovations in theoretical research and practical exploration are constantly emerging.After the rural vitalization strategy was put forward,the development of rural grassroots party organizations was morestandardized and rationalized,showing a strong vitality and creativity.Moreover,based on the practice of combing the practice,this paper summarizes the concepts highlighted by the rural grassroots party organizations in the new era.This chapter is also an important part of this paper.Finally,under the background of rural vitalization strategy,the state has carried out comprehensive layout and overall planning for the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the path of strengthening rural grassroots party organization construction from the perspective of security,mainly from institutional guarantee,mechanism guarantee and resources.Starting from three levels of environmental protection,we try to explore a solid fortress to implement the rural vitalization strategy.
