Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Rural Vitalization Strategy

Since entering the 21 st century,the No.1 document from the national central government focused on the work of "agriculture,rural areas and rural people".Xi Jinping made it clear for the first time in the Report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC that: " implement the rural Vitalization strategy firmly".In February 4,2018,the No.1 document from the national central government focused on the work of "agriculture,rural areas and rural peoples" again.In February 4,2018,the contents of No.1 central document locked down on "three rural issues" again.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council's opinions on implementing the strategy of Rural Vitalization were the first comprehensive deployment of the strategy for Rural vitriolization.At present,China has entered a critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and entered a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Xi Jinping pointed out that promoting rural Vitalization strategy must strengthen the leading role of rural grassroots party organizations.This clarifies the position and role of rural grass-roots party organizations in the Rural Vitalization Strategy.Therefore,strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations has become an important issue to continue to play a leading role in rural development and to implement the Rural Vitalization Strategy.Based on the Rural Vitalization Strategy,this paper makes a field investigation on the rural grass-roots party organizations' construction in X Town,finds out the current problems in the rural grass-roots party organizations' ' construction,and explores the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the rural grass-roots party organizations.In the introduction part,it expounds the background and significance of the relevant research,collects the policy and guidance documents on the Rural Vitalization Strategy,the inner-party laws and regulations on the rural grass-roots party organizations,and summarizes the relevant research results of the construction of the rural grass-roots party organizations;in the second chapter,it defines the scientific connotation of the Rural Vitalization Strategy and the relevant concepts of the rural grass-roots party organizations,and expounds the rural grass-roots party groupsThe theoretical basis of organization construction;the third chapter discusses the current situation of rural grass-roots party organization construction in X town of Zhengzhou;the fourth chapter analyzes the problems faced by the rural grass-roots party organizations 'construction in X Town,and specifically analyzes the causes of the problems;the fifth chapter puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the construction of rural grass-roots party?...
