Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizationns Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Nowadays,the rural revitalization strategy has become the momentous step to deal with the “three rural” issues,and this is the consensus of our party and society.The Party Central Committee has emphasized that constantly strengthening and improving the Party's leadership over the work of rural revitalization is good for the development of rural areas many times.And the rural grass-roots party organizations work in the countryside,so they best understand the difficulties of rural work and the demands of the rural villagers,which is a strong fortress to realize rural revitalization.At the same time,rural revitalization has put new asks to the party organizations.Therefore,how to reinforce the construction of them,and how to make this party organizations promote rural revitalization Realization,on the other hand,has been a chief problem.The rural grass-roots party organizations in order to reinforce their own construction and guarantee the quality and efficiency of rural revitalization,launched a fruitful exploration,but there are still some aspects cannot meet the realistic needs.So,we must to strengthen its construction.Based on this,this paper begins with the theoretical analysis.It mainly sums up the role of the party organizations in promoting rural revitalization and the new requirements proposed by the rural revitalization to their building.And this is based on their relevance.Both of them show the significance and imminence of strengthening the rural grass-roots party building for the completion of the hard indicators in the field of "three rural" in the new era.Next,i summarize that there are some questions in the mechanism construction,the party members' building,system's construction and the economic basis of the party organizations through learning literature and investigation.Once again,i sum up the causes of the matters from both internal and external aspects.Finally,i proposed some concrete measures and suggestions,and it is mainly based on the theory of Marxist political parties and the reality of rural grass-roots party building in China.For example,improving themechanism construction,improving the diathesis of rural party members,to normalize and implement various rules and regulations,optimizing the construction of economic functions.
