Study On The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In Chongqing Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress of the Party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which is a major decision-making arrangement for the work of "three rural areas ".The strategy of rural revitalization,the main position of which is in the countryside,involves all aspects of the countryside and relates to the vital interests of the peasants.The rural grass-roots party organization is the foundation of the whole work of the party in the countryside,and implements the strategy of rural rejuvenation,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of the rural grass-roots party organization.Under the background of the strategy of rural rejuvenation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in Chongqing and their causes,and analyzes and solves the problems of rural grass-roots party organizations construction in Chongqing,so as to promote the overall development of the strategy of rural revitalization in Chongqing.Also It is of great significance to carry out the strategy of rural revitalization in Chongqing.This paper is mainly composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,and review,research content and research methods,research focus,difficulties,innovation.The second part carries on the theory analysis of the rural grass-roots party organization construction under the rural rejuvenation strategy.It mainly explains theconnotation of the concepts of rural revitalization strategy,grass-roots party organization and rural grass-roots party organization,analyzes the requirements of rural revitalization strategy for the construction of rural grass-roots party organization,studies the theory of Marxist grass-roots party organization construction,and takes this as the theoretical guidance of this paper.The third part is the present situation of Chongqing rural grass-roots party organization construction under the strategy of rural rejuvenation.Mainly through consulting data and relevant departments to understand the relevant policies,documents,through interviews,field investigation and other ways to understand Chongqing in the strategy of rural revitalization of rural grass-roots party organizations in the main practices,what achievements.The fourth part introduces the main problems and reasons in the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations in Chongqing under the strategy of rural revitalization.This chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the problems in the process of building the rural grass-roots party organizations in Chongqing under the strategy of rural revitalization through questionnaires and field interviews.The fifth part is to put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in Chongqing under the strategy of rural revitalization.This chapter is a theoretical study of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and combined with the rural revitalization strategy of Chongqing rural grass-roots party organization construction specific practices,existing problems,put forward measures to improve the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in Chongqing.
