Research On Prevention And Control Of Rural Social Contradictions In Wudi County

Rural stability relates to the national interest and the people's livelihood.With the era development,the rural contradictions have changed deeply.It would lay foundation for the rural vitalization to deal with the rural social contradictions properly and build the tough and stable situation.In the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,contradiction related to land requisition &demolition,contradictions between capitalists and laborers,contradictions between cadres and the masses,and other problems are stacking together in Wudi County.Rural contradictions prevention and control has become an important test of the grass-root government's governing capacity.Thus,the rural social contradictions prevention and control applicable to the grass-root government is worth discussing.In this paper,the current status of rural social contradictions prevention and control in Wudi County has been analyzed based on the questionnaires and literature consulting.It's believed that Wudi County,by implementing the important decision social stability risk assessment system and the grid management system,has made certain achievement in the rural social contradictions prevention and control.However,it's found that Wudi fails to achieve obvious effect in contradiction prevention and control by comparing with the regions that do not implement the similar policies.On this base,from the perspectives of subjective factors,objective factors,environmental factors and so on as well the actual conditions of Wudi County,major factors affecting the contradictions prevention and control have been analyzed in detail.It's believed that concept deviation,law & system absence,backward team building,resources scarcity and son on have jointly affected the rural social contradictions prevention and control in Wudi County.Finally,from the angle of increasing the prevention & control resources,improving the legal institutions construction,improving the prevention & control team,perfecting the contradictions prevention mechanism,and so on,optimized suggestions have been made to resolve rural social contradictions.
