Study On The Efficiency Of Village Committee Mediation In Rural Social Contradictions

The nineteen major reports of the party put forward the grand goal of the strategy of rural revitalization,and a stable and orderly rural environment is the prerequisite for the revitalization of the countryside and the foundation for the construction of a beautiful country.But at present,our country is in the transition period,and the rural social contradictions are increasingly prominent,complex and diversified,which not only hinders the development of the countryside,but also has a negative impact on the realization of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Mediation of social contradictions in rural areas is an urgent requirement for rural governance,and a strong support for the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The continuous increase in reform and opening up,the traditional culture and social order in rural areas have been greatly impacted,breaking the original "rule of Rites" and breaking the original simple rural interests.These changes make the rural areas from order to disorder,from stability to chaos,and the social contradictions in rural areas are increasing.Complexity and diversification of interests.The village committee is a grass-roots autonomous organization in rural areas.As the main manager and responsibility of the public affairs in the rural areas,it is necessary to take on the responsibility of the rural social contradictions and maintain the stability of the rural areas.Furthermore,the village committee is a grass-roots autonomous organization in rural areas,which has a unique advantage in the rural social contradictions.However,the irrational allocation of resources in the village committee and the lack of organizational environment greatly reduce the efficiency of the village committee to effectively regulate the rural social shield.Through the analysis of the status of the 30 village committees in 10 villages and towns in Xupu County in the rural social contradictions,this paper uses the DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of the adjustment of the 30 village committees,and uses the Tobit model to analyze the working life of the mediator,the average number of years of the mediator's education and the villagers' trust in the village committee to the village committee.The level of village economic development has a significant negative impact on the efficiency value of the village committee,while the average number of years of the villagers' education has no significant influence on the efficiency of the village committee.
