Study On The Problem Of Resolving Social Contradictions Of Grass-Roots Government Mediation

Currently, with reform in the economic and social system, China’s comprehensive national strength and the national quality have been greatly improved, which also caused the exponential increase of social contradictions. Society has entered the period of prominent contradictions. The intensified social contradictions has seriously affected the development of China’s economy, social stability, which continues to increase the burden on the government to maintain stability. As a direct administrative department in contact with the masses, the local government is in forefront in terms of mediating social contradictions, which plays an important role in the affairs. Based on the current status quo that the number of the illegal visit and leapfrog visit is rising, many grass-roots government of our country is far from enough satisfactory in this work. Therefore, this paper explores and researches the social contradictions solving and mediating of grass-roots government.In order to comprehensively comb and analyze the existing problem of the grass-roots government in mediation. This paper, by using the integrated way of the literature analysis, on-the-spot investigation method, combination of theory and practice, multidisciplinary integrated research, deeply analyzes the social effects of social contradiction. Taking western Inner Mongolia as an example, the thesis analyzes the mediating and problem solving methods & process of grass-roots government and existing problems. Based on these issues, by using related fundamental theory, this paper forwards the specific countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the concrete practice.This article argues that when mediating and solving social contradic-tions, the grass-roots government, first of all, should consolidate preventive work for social contradictions and nip in the bud; Secondly a sound social contradictions mediation mechanism shall be upgraded so as to control the development of social contradictions; Thirdly the main responsibility of the government shall be implemented so as to let the government fulfill the responsibility of mediating and solving social contradictions; Fourthly, the law publicity and education shall be carried out to continuously improve people’s consciousness of the rule of law and the concept of the rule of law, thus enabling people to take the initiative to maintain social fairness & justice and harmony & stability.
