Study On Socialized Governance Of Rural Society

For the development of China's rural society,stability trumps everything else.With the deepening of China's "new urbanization" strategy,the rural economy has developed rapidly,the agricultural level has been continuously improved,and the quality of life of farmers has been greatly improved.Is associated with the development of the rural social structure and interests constantly differentiation,the villagers interest demands increasingly diverse,increasingly,"the important period of strategic opportunities","basic social contradictions period" and "small village" and "grassroots conflict","mass incidents" and other words become a hot word,the rural social governance system,the stability mechanism put forward higher demands and challenges.From the perspective of space,the problem of social contradictions in rural areas is not a problem in a certain region of China,but a general problem.In terms of time,it does not appear periodically,but will last for a long time in the process of rural development.From the impact on rural social contradictions path towards socialization management,system construction issues related with the government in order to delegate to the society,it is need to integrate social forces to resolve contradictions,improve rural social autonomy ability.In a country under the rule of law in our country at present,the construction of primary stage of the rule of law society and an important transition period,the complexity of the disputes are difficult to completely handled through the court channels,and into a complaint reporting channels make pressure stability at the grassroots level for rural social management,give full play to the rural pluralistic society the role of main body participation in civil conflict mediation,the disputes effectively source governance,promote rural society stable,healthy,harmonious and sustainable development.This study selected the western town of Q contradiction mediation as observed explore locations,in Q town contradiction mediation status investigation and understand Q town development situation,the society on the basis of the actual operation situation,combined with the understanding of governance theory,conflict management theory and comb,the integrated use of literature research,theoretical analysis and field survey,typical case analysis and other research methods,building analysis framework for Q town social governance to carry on the analysis of social contradictions.There are six chapters in this study: the first chapter is the introduction,the article introduces the research background and meaning,combing the domestic and foreign scholars point of view,and at the same time the article,the theoretical basis,research design and research innovation and insufficient explanation;The second chapter mainly discusses the several key concept is defined,including social,rural social contradictions and social conflict mediation,four main social contradictions socialization management concept definition,research scope,determined by definition and set up the analysis framework of the article;The third chapter is the basic situation of the mediation of social contradictions in Q town,including the brief introduction of the case of villages and towns and the basic situation of the mediation of social contradictions in villages and towns.The fourth chapter is the case of five different subjects participating in the mediation of contradictions in Q town.The fifth chapter is the characteristics of the socialized governance of social contradictions in Q town and the difficulties it faces.Sixth chapter put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on the issue of discovery,in constructing mechanism,strengthening training,safeguard measures and improve ability of work for the current rural governance plays the role of social forces to provide ideas.
