A Study On The Development Of Private Economy Under The Guidance Of Baotou Federation Of Industry And Commerce In The New Situation

After 40 years of reform and development,the private economy has become an important part of the national economy as well as the socialist market economy.The private economy creates and accumulates social wealth in the economic aspect,provides employment opportunities in the social aspect,and has played a positive role in the development of the economy and society.In recent years,the rapid,healthy and continuous development of China's private economy has made great contributions to economic growth,which is of great significance for deepening supply-side structural reform,stimulating market vitality and promoting high-quality economic development.In the process of development,the private economy inevitably encountered many problems,which was partly caused by its own shortcomings where a higher level of abilities is needed;as for the rest part,the problems was caused by difficulties that could not be solved by itself and thus require support and assistance from the government.As a bridge and link,the Federation of Industry and Commerce plays an important role in between.Therefore,how to guide and promote the development of private economy,especially in the newsituation is more prominent and important.Taking Baotou City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,this paper studies the issue of the development of private economy under the guidance of Baotou Federation of Industry and Commerce in the new situation by applying the methods of literature research,comprehensive analysis,case analysis and field investigation.The introduction discusses the background and significance of the topic,combs the current research situation at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas and methods,and points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper.The first part introduces the concept of private economy and federation of industry and commerce,expounds the theory of the third sector and the theory of governance;the second part mainly introduces the present situation of the private economy of Baotou in the new situation;the third part mainly introduces the function and practice of Baotou Federation of Industry and Commerce in the development of private economy;the fourth part analyzes the problems encountered by Baotou Federation of Industry and Commerce in guiding the development of private economy and figures out the reasons thereof;the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to Baotou Federation of Industry and Commerce in better guiding the development of private economy.The purpose of this paper is to propose some countermeasures and suggestions on the role of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in guiding the development of the private economy.
