Research On The Development Of Private Economy In Shandong Province

The private economy is an important source of social vitality, which has rich spiritual contentand great time significance.Since the reform and opening up, the private economy of China hasachieved leap development.Local governments also have made important measures that developprivate enterprises to improve local economic and people’s livelihood.Federation of Industry andCommerce is a people’s organization and trade association under the leadership of theCommunist Party of China, which has had a significant impact on Chinese economic, political,cultural and social life since its inception.What’s more,as an assistant of governmentmanagement and service of non-public economy,the Federation has been playing anirreplaceable role to promote healthy private economy development and culture outstandingsocialism builder-teams.At the same time, because of some objective and subjective factors,suchas the unclear function,the weak work foundation,backward awareness of development and soon,the functional advantages of Federation failed to get adequate attention and play. Especiallywith the private economy growing, the demand of doing economic service work from the partyand the government to the Federation is becoming higher and higher,and the demand of enjoyingthe personalized service private enterprises is becoming more urgent.Therefore, this paper takesthe Federation of Shandong Province as an example to analyze the relationship between theFederation and the private economy and how to improve the Federation work to promote theprivate economy development.The first part of this paper describes the related concepts and theoretical basis that Federationto promote private economy,by defining relevant concepts of the Federation and the privateeconomy, analyzing the related theoretical foundation that the Federation promotes thedevelopment of private economy such as the theory of social governance, non-governmentalorganization.The second part introduces the contact between the Federation in our country andthe private economy,by introducting the location of the Federation,describing the internalrelations between the Federation and the private economy, and analyzing the performance thatthe Federation promotes the development of private economy.The third part,introducesthe general situation of Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce，the formation of someeconomic service brands in the practice,such as the the"Qilu xing","three docking" and so on，and the achievement. In the fourth part,analyzes the causes of some problems,such as the lack oflong-term mechanism and which organization construction should be strengthened. At last of thispaper,makes some countermeasures and suggestions for Shandong Province Federation to promot the development of private economy.On the one hand,the paper gives some relatedsuggestions to make a good job of government staff assistant, on the other hand gives somecorresponding measures to strengthen self construction perspective.At present, China has entered a new stage of comprehensive deepening reform. The privateeconomy will usher in a new rapid development period, and the Federation will also face newopportunities and greater challenges in the reform of government functions and ruling thecountry by law.Compared with other government departments, Federation has limited powersand unlimited resources,small institution and broad extension.As long as seizing the informopportunity and striving for a good policy environment, and strengthening itself constantly inorder to consolidate and expand the advantages, the Federation will play great role in developingprivate economy.
