By analyzing the current regional development of the Urd Middle Banner,as well as the problems and deficiencies it had encountered during the urbanization progress.This essay not only enabled us to get in hand a more comprehensive understanding of the emerging problems in the urbanization progress of Urd Middle Banner,but also made it possible to propose several ideas to resolve these problems under the base of problem analysis.The topic of analysis in this essay was strictly adhered to the idea of “from theory to practice”,“problem analysis” and “discover and resolve” principle.The whole essay was divided in seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part.in this chapter I have introduced the background information of Urd Middle Banner,the meaning of this topic,the methods of analysis and the current domestic and foreign study in this particular field.The second chapter is an analysis to the relevant concepts and theories regarding in this topic,that includes the concept of urbanization and the neo-urbanization progress,and also includes some analysis of relevant theories.The third chapter was primarily focused on the introduction and analysis of the Urad Middle Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In this chapter the author has retrospectively analyzed the natural condition,urbanization process of UMB,the geological position and the history heritage of the UMB.The author hasalso analyzed the significance of the urbanization process for the Urad Middle Banner by highlighting the urbanization process is fundamentally important to resolve the “Three Rural Issues”,the transformation of economy,and further more to the economic upheaval of the Urad Middle Banner.This chapter also made a brief introduction of basic principle and target of development of the Urad Middle Banner.The fourth chapter has illustrated the advantages of the Urad Middle Banner in developing the new types of urbanization.By introducing the infrastructure standards and the problems it may encounter in future,the author has analyzed the main development obstacles of the urbanization process of Urad Middle Banner.The fifth part of the essay has analyzed the methods of which the Urad Middle Banner was used in developing the new types of urbanization by the perspectives of development routine,the main obligation and some special highlights during its urbanization progress.Examples includes : the main tasks of the urbanization of UMB is to adhere to the policy of innovation,improve the level of urban planning and construction management,adjust measures to local conditions,improve urban infrastructure capacity,adhere to the people-oriented strategy,improve the ability to absorbe migrated people,uphold the market oriented society,strengthen the ability to support industries,build ecologically livable villages and towns,to establish diversified and sustainable funding mechanisms,and innovate systems and mechanisms for urbanization development.The sixth chapter of this essay discussed the issues in the urbanization progress that the Urad Middle Bnnar should have taken into consideration.That is to balance the conflicts between the environment and the city,protection of the historical heritage,respect of natural order and take in the benefits of nomadic people during the process of old city transform.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and summary part of the whole essay.I wish forward that this essay may have a positive meaning and influences for the urbanization progress and economic benefits of Urd Middle Banner.
