A Study On Anti-monopoly Law Research Of Agricultural Industry Security In China

Anti-monopoly law is a very important part of China's economic law system and an important barrier to the healthy and safe development of the national economy.The basic purpose of the establishment of the exclusion system of agricultural industry in the Anti-monopoly Law is to ensure the rational and healthy development of agricultural industry in our country,to ensure the sound development of national primary industry.China's agricultural production and agricultural industry system construction is imperfect,the industrial foundation is weak,there are many problems and contradictions that need to be solved urgently,congenital defects are prominent,in the face of international competition in developed countries,the competitive pressure is huge.This paper is divided into five parts,trying to sort out the impact of the existing anti-monopoly law system on industrial security from the perspective of China's agricultural industry and analyze its impact.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions suitable for China by comparing the development and application of relevant laws in developed countries abroad.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,research methods and research framework of this paper.Chapter 2 analyses the process,causes and problems of the formation of China's agricultural industry by analyzing the general problems of the security of China's agricultural industry.The third chapter mainly examines the current situation,existing problems and impacts of the system,mechanism and rules of China's anti-monopoly law to guarantee agricultural industry security.Chapter IV compares the development track and regulatory means of anti-monopoly law of developed countries in Europe and the United States,and finds out the enlightenment for the construction of anti-monopoly law in China.In the last chapter,it puts forward some suggestions on the construction of anti-monopoly law for the safety of agricultural industry in China,hoping to make some contributions to the development of anti-monopoly law in China.
