Research On The Legalization Of Financial Poverty Alleviation Funds Supervision In China

In the current global socio-economic development process,there is such a common problem,that is,the phenomenon of poverty,every country is actively trying to find a solution.Since the founding of new China in 1949,great achievements have been made in economy,but up to now,China's population has not been completely lifted out of poverty.In order to achieve the goal of lifting all the people out of poverty,the Chinese government has made reasonable policies after thorough investigation and studies.After so many years of efforts,we have made some achievements.While seeing the achievements,we should also note that there are many deficiencies in China's current financial poverty alleviation and development.In particular,there are many practical problems in the supervision and legalization of poverty alleviation funds,such as the corruption of officials and even the inaction of some local governments.This makes us realize that promoting the supervision of poverty alleviation funds in a more scientific and standardized way is a major issue facing the current poverty alleviation and development work.Practice has proved that the construction of rule by law can provide fundamental institutional guarantee for the supervision of poverty alleviation funds.In this paper,I will start from the perspective of supervision and legalization of poverty alleviation funds,focusing on the problem of supervision and legalization of poverty alleviation funds.I hope to discuss the construction of the rule of law from the perspective of the significance and necessity of the supervision of poverty alleviation funds in China.This paper adopts the method of chapter discussion to carry out the research.In the first chapter,the introduction,it mainly carries out the research background and significance,research methods,innovation points,research framework and other issues.In the second chapter,it narrates the basic theory of the legalization of financial poverty alleviation funds supervision in China,elaborates the supervision of financial poverty alleviation funds,reveals its connotation,objects of supervision and other basic concepts,and explains the necessity and jurisprudence of the legalization of financial poverty alleviation funds supervision in China.In the third chapter,it discusses the practice course of the legalization of financial poverty alleviation funds supervision in China,and expounds some practical results of the legalization of poverty alleviation funds supervision in China from four aspects: the proposal of supervision,preliminary exploration,intermediate transition and legalization exploration.In the fourth chapter,based on the problems existing in the financial aid-the-poor funds supervision in our country under the rule of law and reason analysis,from the legislation imperfect,imperfect management system of science,law enforcement,accountability system is not perfect,citizen participation is not active,such as Angle,summarize and find some problems in the process of the rule of law,explore its cause.In the fifth chapter,some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,especially for the legal problems existing in the supervision of financial poverty alleviation funds.
