Research On The Construction Path Of Community Public Spirits

Community public spirits are the power sources to realize the harmonious development of the community.But at present,Chinese community construction focuses on the community's material guarantee and order improvement,ignoring the molding of the community's spiritual connotation,and resulting in the lack of public spirits' construction in the community.In order to solve this problem,based on the practical materials of empirical research in Shanghai and theoretical content of the community theory's spiritual level,this thesis makes a systematic analysis on the present construction situation of community public spirits and the spiritual connotation of community public spirits.At the same time,we know that,in the western community movement,there are many experiences about the construction of community public spirits.we take these experiences and put forward a systematic way to build community public spirits,in order to realize the effective construction of community public spirits in the community.This thesis,firstly,is to reveal the rich connotation of community public spirits.Secondly,It is to put forward the realistic path of the systematic construction of community public spirits,from the two aspects of theory and practice to reflect the research value of this topic.Logically,this thesis includes the following steps: First of all,I review the research background and research status of community construction,and define thebasic concept of community public spirits.Based on these,I can determine the basic ideas,research methods and analytical framework of this thesis.Secondly,taking the community construction of Shanghai as an example,through the comprehensive analysis of the macro situation of Shanghai community construction and the specific situation of the community public cultural service in Shanghai,this thesis reveals the causes that lead to the lack of community public spirits.Thirdly,from the theoretical level,this thesis excavates the theoretical root of the lack of community public spirits' construction,that is,the incomplete application of the community thought in the real community construction.At the same time,recollecting the theoretical content of the community theory's spiritual level,this thesis analyzes the connotation of community public spirits,namely,five central spiritual elements(equal spirit,tolerance spirit,friendly spirit,participatory spirit,sharing spirit),two types of construction subjects(community residents play the role of "building the main force" in the community spirit construction,and government department play the role of "construction guide" in the community spirit construction),and three construction goals(enhancing community autonomy,improving neighborhood relations and shaping community's "spiritual community").After that,the course of community movement in western countries is briefly combed,and three experiences are analyzed which are beneficial to the construction of community public spirits(creating a bottom-up way of spiritual guidance,establishing a diversified community non-governmental organizations and creating a harmonious and diverse interactive environment among community members).At the same time,In order to further prove the feasibility of learning from western experience in China,this thesis uses structural interview method and participatory observation method to obtain empirical materials.On the one hand,Using these materials aims to reflect the strong appeal of community residents,that they want to construct community public spirits,in China by the way of situation reduction.On the other hand,on the basis of case analysis,it is confirmed that some community residents have had the necessary ability to build community public spirits,and have been practicing many western experiences with good results.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive analysis,this thesis puts forward the construction path ofcommunity-based public spirit systematization,which includes a basis,namely,"change the concept and role cognition of the community residents and government departments",and two sets of strategies,that is,"Strengthening the consciousness,ability and influence of community residents in the community public spirits construction" and "changing the behavior mode of the government to build community public spirits".The final conclusion is that,the community public spirits construction should not rely solely on government leadership.It's about the particularity of the community public spirits construction,namely,the construction of the spirits is different from the other types of community construction.It needs to promote the interaction of community residents,which aims to carry out the ideological infection and spiritual guidance to community residents gradually,so that community residents will form the community public spirits spontaneously.In the view of the particularity of the construction,during the process of constructing community public spirits,community residents should be the main force of community public spirit construction,and play the core role of spiritual construction.Government departments should exercise related spirits guide behavior in the "guiding" role,and play the auxiliary power in the spiritual construction.And these two need to be put together in a systematic community spirit construction mode,when put into action.
