The Studies Of Problems And Countermeasures Of Xiang Fu Li Community In Tangshan

With the transition of economic and social transformation of our country, lots ofdifficulties have occurred during the reform, the inherent interest pattern has been brokenand many social contradictions have become more obvious than ever, which has resultedin the emergence of many problems in the social management. Therefore, our country hasput forward to establish social management pattern of CPC leadership, governmentaccountability, social collaboration, public participation and legal safeguard. Thegrass-roots level is very important in social management, which is also the source of manyproblems. As a result, the problems occurred in the community management is thefundamental ones to be solved in the social management. As a main way ofself-governance among urban residents in our country, the community management is animportant part of establishing and perfecting social management at the grass-roots level. Adetailed research on the grass-roots level of the community management not onlycontributes to solve more social conflicts, to maintain the masses of the people’sfundamental interest, to establish a standardized system of community autonomy, but alsolend support to perfect the social management pattern, and to build a harmonious socialistsociety with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of the research of the community management and communityautonomy, by employing research methods including literature analysis, case study, andinvestigation method, the paper first elaborates the relevant basic theory of communitymanagement, covering the basic concepts, meanings and theoretical basis. Secondly, itsummarizes the status of Xiangfuli community management in Tangshan, its presentachievements, and existing problems, then analyzes the causes of the problems, and digsout the essential reasons of the current problems in the community management. Last butnot the least, the paper has proposed four specific improvement measures for the specificproblems of Xiangfuli community, hoping to solve the difficult problems of communitymanagement in reality, and to wipe out the obstacles in the construction of the newcommunity. As a study on community management of a typical model community, the paper aimsto promote community autonomy and to improve the participation consciousness of thecommunity residents. The findings of the research is hoped to enrich the current relatedtheory and practice of community management, to provide more reference for ourcountry’s community management, and in a further way, to promote the sustainabledevelopment of community management in our country.
