Since the introduction of Internet technology in China,with the constant development of digital technology,various new media platforms have become the most common part of people's daily life.We can see Wechat,APP,two-dimension code,live platform,Weibo,web celebrity everywhere,all things make information more transparent and open.Mobile phone,panel computer,laptop is much more closer to our normal life than traditional media like news television station,newspaper,magazine,radio,etc.Based on the international technology,people can search or receive the latest messages at home,even these information abroad in a very short time through the new media platform.New media not only has an impact on the daily life of the public,but also make local government at all levels to improve the crisis public relations ability.The new media platform is already the main way for the public to express their views and supervise the work of the government.At the same time,there will also be some public dissemination of false speculation or social stability of extreme words,information will be transmitted by people who without truth,so that the community will be set into a panic situation.The new media is a double-edged sword for crisis public relations.On the one hand,it helps local governments at all levels to get closer to the public and listen to the public's voice much more easily.On the other hand,it will accelerate the outbreak of the crisis.Therefore,we need to strengthen the theoretical and practical research ofcrisis public relations at all levels of government,and put forward some suggestions for all levels of local governments under the new media environment.For all local governments,raising vigilance is one of the quintessence of the Chinese nation's consciousness that we should always remember.Because it is difficult for ordinary people to control their rationality in the first time when they encounter a crisis,and panic and helplessness will follow.If the wrong thought or behavior takes the first place in the minds of most people,the severity of the crisis will also increase.As the most important pillar of the people,the government needs to fulfill its own responsibility and safeguard the interests of the majority of the people,which requires local governments to be prepared at all times.Be proactive in crisis prevention and crisis management,reverse the crisis calmly.As one of the most economical,cultural,scientific and technological cities in China,the daily government management and the control of new media also need to be improved,and the system management and practical operation of crisis public relations should be improved constantly.In recent years,many crises have occurred,and the performance of local governments at all levels in Shanghai has been mixed,so it is urgent to explore the "new specialty".This article is divided into five parts.The thesis The first part is the introduction,which describes the background,significance and research status of the article and the study method.The second part introduces the concept and theory of new media.The third part summarizes the positive and negative effects of the local government crisis public relations which under the new media environment.The forth part will introduce three real cases which be used to analyze the right or wrong methods used by the local governments in the new media environment and summarize the corresponding operable strategies through the cases.Finally,it summarizes the important difficulties that the local government should pay attention to under the new media environment,and is full of hope for the related professional development.
