In the new media era,the government's online public opinion response strategy is a direct reflection of the government's ability to govern.Whether it can properly cope with the increasingly complex public opinion situation will have a direct impact on the government's image.In order to be able to adapt to the development requirements of the new era,and the modernization of the national governance system and capacity,it's necessary to continuously improve the grassroots government network public opinion response strategy.Because of this,this paper starts with the current situation of the grassroots government network to analyse the future improvement strategy.This paper uses the literature analysis method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to deeply analyze the current situation and improvement strategy of the grassroots government network public opinion in the current new media era,and explores the network public opinion coping strategies from different perspectives through combing the relevant literature;The network public opinion case can enhance the pertinence and practical significance of this research.This paper provides a reference for the network public opinion response strategy by comparing the network public opinion behavior with the actual public opinion behavior,the network media environment and the traditional media environment.In this research,the first step is to discuss the current situation of network public opinion in the new media environment,the key point is to understand the characteristics of network public opinion and its social harm;secondly,from the network public opinion guidance tools,the actual needs and the existing problems and countermeasures parts,introducing the situation of the grassroots government response to network public opinion.Finally,the improvement strategy of the network public opinion response in the new media environment was analyzed in detail.This paper attempts to comprehensively apply some theoretical frameworks of communication,public opinion,public management,and social necessity,combined with the current situation of China's grassroots government network to respond to the current situation,trying to summarize the current successful experiences and practices of the Chinese government,and further clarify and define the grassroots government response strategy,analyzing problems and causes from angles of online public opinion,and proposes a more targeted and practical response strategy from the perspective of the public management characteristics of the specific level of the grassroots government,providing theoretical and practical reference for the grassroots government network opinion strategy.
