Under the new development background of our country,the reform of our judicial system is also further promoted.The reform of post system in the reform of judicial system is an important aspect of China's current reform.It requires that organs and units,within the scope of establishment,combine the number of cases handled by organs,the number of people in jurisdiction and the level of economic development and other factors,on this basis,effectively determine the quota of organ staff,when effectively determine posts.After that,we should ensure that this level is maintained within a certain period of time.Under this regulation,if there is no vacancy in the posts,it is impossible to further increase the number of substitute prosecutors.This system is in line with the support of our legal theory,and this reform can also greatly promote the advancement and improvement of our judicial reform.Especially under the background of the reform of procuratorial organs,the reform of post system can promote the quality of the work of procuratorial organs to a certain extent.Actively adopting the post system of procuratorial organs is an important choice for more effectively conforming to the judicial law of our country.It can make our procuratorial team more professional and further enhance procuratorial work.To inspect the quality of work.Especially under the background that our country attaches great importance to judicial reform and the people's increasing demands for judicial services,it is very necessary to further promote the reform of the post system of procuratorial organs to meet the needs of judicial reform and social development in our country.Based on this,this study bases on procuratorial organs,studies the post system reform in the judicial system reform,analyses the importance and significance of the reform,explores the deficiencies in the current reform,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions.There are six chapters in this study.Chapter 1 analyses and discusses the background,significance and current situation of this study at home and abroad,providing necessary reference for the following research.In the second chapter,the related concepts are elaborated and analyzed,the related concepts of prosecutor post system in judicial reform are summarized,and the necessity and feasibility of the application of prosecutor post system in judicial reform are analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.In the third chapter,the current situation of the reform of procuratorial post system in China is analyzed,and the current situation of the reform of procuratorial post system in China is more intuitively understood.Chapter IV analyses the existing problems in the implementation of post system reform in procuratorial organs in China,and understands the shortcomings.Chapter five,on the basis of the above research,puts forward some pertinent suggestions for improvement,and puts forward some strategies to improve the implementation of procuratorial post system reform in procuratorial organs of our country.It is hoped that this study can provide necessary reference for the implementation of post system reform in procuratorial organs in China,so as to promote the development of post system reform in procuratorial organs in China.Chapter Six summarizes the conclusions and understandings of this study and puts forward conclusions.
