| Since the reform and opening up,with the deepening of the reform of the economic system and the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy system,the economy of our country has developed unprecedentedly.With the continuous healthy and rapid development of the social economy,the wage level of the workers is also greatly pottery,but there are still a lot of problems in the salary distribution.The income gap between the front-line workers and the business operators is increasing,and the labor disputes arising from the unreasonable wage distribution are constantly produced,and they are given to the society.The stability and development of the meeting have brought a very negative impact.The collective negotiation of wages is carried out around the enterprises and workers.Through the continuous competition and game between them,the win-win of enterprises and workers will be reached to the greatest extent,so that enterprises and workers can share the results of labor and promote the good and rapid development of the economy and society.As a main force to promote the implementation of the collective bargaining system,trade unions play an extremely important role in them.Through the communication bridge between the business owners and the workers of the trade union,the exchange between the owners and the workers is constantly strengthened so as to reach a consensus on the issue of wages and form an agreement.Since 2008,Yingkou has actively promoted the implementation of collective wage consultation.While achieving notable results,it also saw many problems.This paper analyzes the current situation of the collective bargaining in Yingkou general trade union,and lists the main problems and the reasons for the existing problems in the implementation of the collective wage consultation in Yingkou.The work experience of collective wage consultation is carried out,and the reasons for the effect of the trade union in the collective wage consultation work are deeply analyzed.It is pointed out that the related laws lag,the degree of attention is not enough,and the wrong idea of the business operators is the main factor affecting the current Yingkou trade union’s role in promoting the wage collective consultation.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward. |
