The trade union is the bridge between the party and the workers,the important social pillar of the state power,defending and representing the interests of the workers.Trade unions play an important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees,promoting economic and social development,and maintaining social stability and harmony.In the collective bargaining of enterprise wages,giving full play to the role of trade union participation has far-reaching significance for establishing and improving the social pattern with Chinese characteristics and building a harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics.This thesis uses the theories of public management,sociology,economics,political science and other disciplines,using literature analysis methods,qualitative research methods,induction methods,comparative methods and analytical methods to participate in collective wage negotiations in Guizhou provincial state-owned enterprises.For the case,the research on the participation of trade unions in the collective wage negotiation mechanism of enterprises.The Guizhou Provincial Tourism Investment Holding Group,the Guizhou Provincial Rural Credit Cooperative,and the Guizhou Provincial Salt Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.trade unions were selected to participate in the wage collective negotiation case analysis,trying to use the “point” analysis of Guizhou Province to collectively negotiate the national wage.Systematic thinking about the cause of this "face".Through case analysis and in-depth study,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the collective bargaining of wages organized by state-owned enterprises in Guizhou Province and the causes of problems.Based on the local government's supervisory responsibility and the company's interest distribution responsibility,it is perfected from the perspective of institutional mechanism.The corporate wage collective bargaining mechanism puts forward proposals for the local party committees and governments at all levels to open up a road to explore and solve the collective bargaining development of corporate wages.
