The collective salary negotiation,is refers to the labor unions,or representative of the workers and the enterprises or enterprise groups on salary distribution system of enterprises,the wage distribution form,salary payment method,the level of wage income and other matters on an equal footing,a wage agreement signed on the basis of consensus.The labor union,as the main body of the collective wage negotiation,is not only the participant and promoter of the construction of the collective wage negotiation system,but also the essential practitioner in the implementation of the collective wage negotiation system.The implementation of the wage negotiation is to promote the establishment of new social labor relations inherent requirement of harmony and stability,is the key link to establish the salary distribution system requirement of the social market economy enterprises.Establish the collective wage consultation system is to maintain the interests of workers is an effective way,on the one hand to safeguard the rights and interests of worker of a gleam of,wage growth and enterprise efficiency to rise,to ensure that each staff to share the fruits of enterprise development;on the other hand,is conducive to the establishment and the harmonious and stable labor relations,enhance the cohesion of the enterprise,to mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees.This paper of the collective wage negotiation related standards of determining method and trade unions carry out of the collective salary negotiation mainly doing in detail,in Wuhan City catering industry wages collective negotiation,for example,summed up the successful experience of trade unions in collective wage negotiation practice,and analyses the opportunities and challenges faced by the collective wage consultation on the basis of investigation and study,aiming at these problems in-depth analysis,feasible measures are put forward in this paper and makes a beneficial exploration to strengthen the trade union collective wage negotiations.
