In today's society,the rise and development of each business model must more or less collect the dividends of social development factors at that time,so does micro-commerce.With the rise of the Internet tide in the east,relying on the traditional acquaintance society-based network platform Weixin platform marketing,based on China's today's developed highway and waterway products.Flow transport network,like a new generation of natural e-commerce mode-microbusinessmen unconsciously into the public's vision,and even once to "absolute" advantage to occupy the number of mobile phone interconnected transaction users,transaction peak position."All the world is prosperous,and all the world is full of profit." The profit-seeking nature of civil and commercial transactions has its origin.However,there are various risks and problems hidden behind the profit-seeking activities.With the development of micro-commerce,problems such as the mixing of counterfeit and inferior commodities,honesty and law-abiding operation,malicious negotiation and fraud are gradually exposed,and these problems are beginning to linger in micro-consultation.At the same time,the contradiction between the development of micro-business activities in full swing and the regulation and control of laws,regulations and regulations has once triggered concern and continuing controversy about the future of micro-business development in all sectors of society.Although China's e-commerce law has been promulgated under the call of thousands of people,the voice of social controversy has not stopped for a moment as expected,because at this time the focus of attention has shifted from the controversy over the blank legislation of micro-commerce regulation to the practical significance of e-commerce law on micro-commerce regulation,and how to study and solve China's micro-commerce law on the basis of E law.Of course,this is the ultimate goal of this paper.Therefore,this article will mainly discuss the micro-business activities and the effectiveness of legal regulations and improvement measures from four parts,based on the newly revised e-commerce law,trying to explore the legal regulation model and system construction to promote the sustainable and effective operation and development of micro-business.The first part is a brief introduction to the general situation and development of micro-business in China.At the same time,it discusses the research status of e-commerce and micro-business development at home and abroad before and after the promulgation of the E-commerce Law,and reveals the origin and background of this article.The second part briefly discusses the influence of relevant laws and regulations on the internal meaning and legal status of microbusinessmen before and after the enactment of China's e-commerce law,and provides theoretical support for the discussion of the past development dilemma of microbusinessmen and the future planning of regulatory ideas.The third part: Combining with the status of micro-business registration before the promulgation of the E-commerce Law,the status quo of exercise of power,dispute resolution mechanism and the legal provisions of the E-commerce Law which will play a breakthrough role in the development of e-commerce and micro-business,we can get a glimpse of the possible defects or potential problems in the future development and regulation of micro-business.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,focusing on three parts to construct a perfect mechanism of micro-commerce rule of law: from exploring how to implement a series of measures of micro-commerce subject registration system,to maximize the micro-commerce "right name" and give the micro-commerce operators appropriate qualifications;how to formulate a more perfect and unified.At the same time,there should be not only the relevant documents of separate legislation on micro-commerce,but also the existing laws of relevant departments to implement the unified pattern of rights and obligations in the process of micro-commerce activities.It is hopeful to learn from the active elements in the current domestic and foreign civil and commercial dispute settlement mechanisms,and improve and accurately through gradual improvement.Application of relevant civil procedure and establishment of Online Dispute Resolution mechanism.Of course,these regulations should be independent of each other and combined with each other.Through these superimposed effects,it is hopeful to re-regulate the business order of micro-business industry and enhance consumers' trust in micro-business.Once relevant micro-business consumption disputes occur,they can also be solved efficiently and time-saving so as to make micro-business true.It is becoming a powerful factor in social economic growth and a powerful pillar in the Internet economic era.
