Housing Security Research Of Sandwich Class In Hangzhou

In 1998,China began to implement the new housing reform policy--the commercial housing and monetized housing system.Under the influence of market economy,social environment and other factors,the price of house in China keeps going up.In the face of high housing prices,these people can't buy commercial housing but also have no right to enjoy the benefits of the housing security policy,increasingly prominent which called "sandwich class".The housing security system is a social welfare system that aims to meet the basic living requirements of middle and low income class and improve their ability to rent and buy houses.In such a modern city with fierce competition and rapid development as Hangzhou,it is of great significance to effectively solve the housing problems of "sandwich class" and put forward corresponding feasible plans for the study of housing security of urban residents and the sustainable economic development of Chinese cities.Although various security measures have been introduced by different local governments,such as low-rent houses,affordable houses,public rental houses,price-limiting houses,etc.,the housing problem of sandwich layer population has not achieved obvious results.In China,there are few literatures dedicated to the study of "sandwich layer" group housing security,so the selection of this topic is not only of practical significance but also of certain theoretical significance.The introduction part first discusses the background and significance of this subject's exploration,sorts out and expounds the academic research on housing security at home and abroad,and puts forward the content and research method of this paper.Combined with relevant theoretical basis,the research object of this paper is established,and the investigation research scheme is designed.This paper takes the sandwich layer of the postal system as the survey object,adopts the method of questionnaire survey and case interview to conclude the basic housing status and housing demand of sandwich layer group in Hangzhou,and analyzes the housing dilemma.This paper analyzes the problems existing in thecurrent housing security policy of Hangzhou city,and then puts forward some Suggestions to solve the problems of housing security for the sandwich layer group in Hangzhou city.
