Research On The Design Of Public Rescue Service For Stray Animals

With the continuous development of human civilization,the awareness of animal protection and environmental protection is also gradually on the rise.Stray animals,as part of animal protection and environmental protection,involving human health and hygiene issues,urban appearance,etc.,has been a global concern.The research adopts theory and methods of service design to research public service of rescuing stray animal,aimed at building public service system of rescuing stray animal,and optimized the public service mechanism,so as to improve stray animal rescue rate and service experience of stakeholders.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part mainly describes the background and status quo of the research,and determines the value and purpose of the research,innovations and difficulties,and find suitable research methods.The second part gives an overview of public service of rescuing stray animal and theories of service design.On the one hand,it analyzes the theory of rescuing stray animals,public service and rescue service,as well as the definitions,principles and methods of service design.On the other hand,it elaborates on the value and feasibility of service design in intervention of public rescue service for stray animal.The third part is related analysis of public service system of rescuing stray animal.Stakeholders,service phases and touchpoints and stratum of rescue public rescue service for stray animal were analyzed,and the sharing and motivation factors were explored.The fourth part is design needs analysis of public rescue service for stray animal.First of all,through field visits and user interviews,we can understand in depth the practical problems that exist in the rescue service for stray animals and help them to explore the behaviors and psychology of users,and then analyze the pain points and demands in the process by using personas and customer journey map,and translate these pain points and needs into design opportunities.The fifth part is the design practice of public rescue service for stray animal.Based on the previous research,the design strategies of public rescue service for stray animal were obtained,and the blueprint of public rescue service system was drawn through the output of the design opportunities.Based on the service strategies and the key touchpoints in the blueprint,the mobile APP of public rescue service for stray animals and the information management platform are designed.Finally,the service experience prototype is used to verify the feasibility of service system and product design.The development of public rescue service for stray animals needs to integrate more effective resources from all stakeholders and establish stable cooperative relations with them,as well as strengthen publicity and education,which can enhance the influence of public welfare.Moreover,it explores the designs of public rescue services for stray animals.Not only does it aims to develop the research on service design that introduces into public service,but also the design outputs can have certain practical values to this problem.
