Study On Cultivation Of Chinese Citizens' National Security Consciousness

China has a famous saying: the rise and fall of a nation is every citizen's concern.It places the responsibility of national security on the shoulders of every citizen,not just the state leaders.Because the state is made up of the people,its rise and fall are all concerned with its citizens.National security safety and stability is the people's most basic and common wish.Our national security all for and depends on the people who are the most powerful force safeguarding state security.The "overall national security concept" demands that we should put the citizens' safe on top,and govern for them.Similarly,citizens who are participating in national safety actively make important significance to fasten our national security system.Therefore,how to enhance citizens' awareness of national security is becoming a topic that need to be discussed.Our country is in the important period of strategic opportunities of development,the status of national security situation is generally stable,but a trend with comprehensive?complexity and variability of Chinese national security issues is continuously growing.Based on the current international security situation,this paper starts from the significance and necessity of cultivating security consciousness of citizens,expounds the complicated international situation and the social contradiction in our country.On the one hand,from the theoretical point of view this paper fully explains the basic theory of cultivating national security awareness of citizens.On the other hand,combined with the Chinese citizens' current situation of national security awareness,this paper stands on scientific understanding of China's international security awareness of the existing problems,and correctly analyzing of the causes of the problem,summed up reasonable and effective countermeasures.From the height of the strategy,the most urgent task currently is to increase the intensity of the national security education,strengthen the citizens' national security consciousness and suffering consciousness,create a good atmosphere of concerning and supporting the national security,help citizens to form scientific and complete national security awareness,make them to be the citizens who have ability to safeguard national security ability with good behavior.However,from the status national security education of college students and social groups,there are many existing problems.For example,the educational system is not complete,the educational research about national security is lagging behind,the educational teachers are lacking in concerned capability,low level of citizens' ability to safeguard national security.These problems show that some citizens are still lacking in understanding the importance of national security issues,pay more attention to personal interests instead of attaching importance to national interests,we must absorb national security education into the national education system as soon as possible and train a professional educational teachers team.Finally,this paper discusses countermeasures of current national security awareness.At present,China is still in the initial stage of cultivating citizens' national security consciousness,it is necessary to integrate national security education into national education system and civil servant education and training system so as to ensure that national security education is organized,guaranteed,normalized and standardized.Persistence in carrying out national security education in Colleges and universities,constantly innovate educational mode,improve abilities of educational teachers,continue to strengthen publicity and education of national security,using a variety of approaches of education and communication channels,establish a scientific incentives Mechanism to fully enhance the citizens to participate in the safeguard of national security proactively.
