Today,“Go West” College Graduates Volunteer Program(Hereinafter referred to as "The Western Plan")has been implemented for 13 years.During the period,More than 160,000 college graduates volunteered to participate in the project,of which more than 8,000 student volunteers went to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for service.With the advancement of The Western Plan and the increasing pressure on employment in China,the problem of reemployment of volunteers in the western region has become increasingly prominent.How to solve these problems effectively will be related to the implementation and healthy development of the whole western plan.This paper explores the problem of reemployment of The Western Plan volunteers in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,with the aim of further understanding the current difficulties of re-employment for The Western Plan volunteers in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,finding out the reasons for their reemployment difficulties and putting forward constructive countermeasures to promote to promote their reemployment.Based on the volunteers for The Western Plan in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for research object,the paper stars with the implementation of The Western Plan and employment overview,analyzing the emergence and development of the program,and summarizing the formulation,evolution and main contents of the preferential policies of The Western Plan.In the light of the practice of The WesternPlan implementation in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.this paper makes a systematic study on the re-employment situation of the volunteers for The Western Plan in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region through literature research,interview,questionnaires and on-the-spot observation etc.Meanwhile,this paper finds out the main factors that affect the re-employment of volunteers in the western region.They are respectively: Whether the preferential policies of The Western Plan are in place,whether the employment environment is good or bad,and whether the volunteers' abilities can meet the requirements.In view of these problems,it is suggested to construct and perfect the evaluation system of the volunteer for The Western Plan,implement the preferential policies of The Western Plan,optimize the re-employment environment of volunteers in the western China,create the re-employment information platform for the volunteers,and improve their reemployment abilities,aid service expired volunteers to find a new job,to infuse new blood into training strategy on talents of “one belt,one road” in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
