Study On The Crime Of Intentional Injury Between Relatives

Kinship is the most important interpersonal relationship in daily life,with distinct emotional color and unique sociological significance.With the violent social transformation,social and cultural conflicts have become increasingly prominent,and deliberate injury to crimes among relatives has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper studies the crime of intentional injury between relatives,not only hopes to cause the whole society to pay attention to the crime of intentional injury between relatives,but also hopes that the inheritance of excellent family culture will help the bridging of social and cultural conflicts.Based on the theoretical perspectives of sociology and criminology,this paper uses literature research,quantitative research,case interviews and other research methods to deal with the characteristics,predisposing factors and related preventive measures of intentional injury crimes among relatives in the eastern provinces of N province.the study.The full text is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces relevant research background and research status,and discusses the necessity of this research.The second part mainly introduces the location characteristics of the eastern four cities in N province,and summarizes the social development of the region from the aspects of geographical location,economic structure and social and cultural framework.The third part mainly analyzes the crime characteristics of the two parties,such as the individual characteristics of the crimes and the temporal and spatial characteristics of the crimes.The fourth part mainly analyzes the specific causes of related crimes from the micro level of individual and family.The fifth part analyzes the representative cases and summarizes the social motives behind the crime of intentional injury between relatives in the eastern provinces of N province,and portrays the social and cultural conflicts embodied in such crimes.The sixth part mainly analyzes the causes of intentional injury crimes among relatives,and the social and cultural conflicts involved in related crimes,and proposes some measures to reconstruct family culture.The author has carried out a relatively detailed analysis of the relevant crime cases in the eastern four cities of N province,and carried out field research on the environment of the case,and conducted face-to-face exchanges with the conflicts of some cases,thus making the four provinces east and west.There is a relatively systematic analysis and excavation of the crimes of intentional injury crimes among relatives in the city.The social causes of related crimes are characterized in a general way,which reflects the macroscopic characteristics of social and cultural conflicts in ethnic areas during social transition.The study found that the perpetrator's self-control,family relationship malformation and ethical and cultural conflicts are the main incentives for deliberate crimes between relatives;the problem of intentional injury between relatives in the eastern provinces of N province hides the concept of individual interests,family ethics and Conflicts in social and cultural concepts;prevention and control of deliberate injury to crimes among relatives is a systematic social project that requires sustained joint efforts of the entire society.Limited to the author's lack of academic ability,this study still has some gaps.I hope that in the future,based on further enrichment of research data,we can strengthen the comparative study of intentional injury crimes between relatives,so as to help the research in related directions.
