Research On Public Opinion Response Of Public Security Organs

Public security governing is closely related to the daily life of the public,so it has often become the focus of public opinion.Public security affairs often have high sentiments,high incidence,and great influence.Whether the public security organs can respond to public opinion in a timely and effective manner is related to the people's satisfaction with the public security work and the trust of the public security organs,which is related to the public security organs' own image and credibility.By doing a good job of responding to public opinion,the public security organs can answer the public's questions,protect the public interest,and satisfy the public's right to know,participate,express,and supervise the public security work.However,at present,the construction of the relevant mechanisms for the government public opinion response work of the public security organs in China is still not perfect,and the standardization and institutionalization of this work needs to be improved.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical research and practical experience,this paper puts forward the principles,strategies and system construction suggestions of the government's public opinion response work based on the theoretical research,current situation,problems and challenges of the current public security organs' public opinion response.Through literature research,theoretical analysis,case analysis and other methods,this paper starts from conceptual interpretation and theoretical analysis,analyzes real problems and proposes countermeasures.Firstly,this paper defines several concepts that are easy to be confused,and analyzes the main body,object,characteristics and manifestation of the public opinion response of the public security organs.Then it explains the nature of the public opinion of the public security organs and the significance of the public opinion response work.According to the relevant theories and practices,the basic principles that the public security organs should follow in response to the government's public opinion response are summarized.Finally,the system construction and management countermeasures that the public security organs should carry out in response to the government's public opinion response are put forward.This paper puts forward that the public security organ's public opinion response needs to first clarify the grievance response responsibility,do a good job of grading classification and response content determination,and on this basis through the "starting-implement-evaluation" of the whole process management and communication coordination,communication channel construction,a comprehensive guarantee system for teams,supervision,and technology will eventually achieve a standardized and efficient response to government affairs.Through the management countermeasures proposed in this paper,it is expected to achieve the purpose of effectively and orderly responding to the grievances of the public security organs,properly and reasonably guiding the public opinion,and establishing a long-lasting public opinion response system.This is the effective measures to enhance the image of public security organs and win public trust and support,to achieve close cooperation between police and the public and the construction of service-oriented public security organs.
