Research On Public Opinion Management Of Government Affairs Microblog In The Context Of Major Public Crisis

With the continuous occurrence of public crisis events and the continuous development of new media technology,how to conduct effective public opinion management on government microblogs in the government's response to major public crisis events has increasingly become the focus of research and attention.The new crown pneumonia epidemic that occurred in 2020 is a major public crisis that has swept the world.How to prevent and control the epidemic and manage public opinion in Wuhan,the first place in my country,is not only the focus of attention of the people of the country,but also represents it in a sense.The advanced level of public opinion management in response to major public crises by local governments in my country.This article selects Wuhan Municipal Affairs Weibo@????,and all public Weibo information released from December 31,2019 to June 18,2020 as the research object.First,conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of the published content of government microblogs through event span,content dimension,influence dimension,communication context and text,etc.,and then study the main aspects of public opinion management from three aspects:public opinion guidance,public opinion response,and public opinion control.On this basis,some problems in the management of public opinion were discovered.Finally,four aspects including improving the overall governance level of the government,clarifying the status and role of government microblogs,increasing the influence of government microblogs,and enhancing the construction of government microblog mechanisms Propose improvement countermeasures.This article aims to put forward general public opinion management rules through analysis and research of individual cases,summarize practical development strategies and provide better response ideas,and guide local governments to conduct public opinion management practices in major public crisis events.
