Currently,the aged tendency of population accelerates nationwide,and the social reality of "getting old before getting rich" has a strong impact on the social and economic development in various regions.While the traditional "home-based care"mode has been unable to satisfy the increasing demands of the aged society,and it is in urgent need to construct more pension service organizations.The old urban area of Hefei has a large aging population,but due to the saturated development and land scarcity in the old urban area,problems such as high transaction risks and low rate of return exist in the attempt to construct large pension service organizations by utilizing social funds,and the existing pension service organizations in Hefei always have the common problems such as early construction,insufficient bed supply and unreasonable spatial distribution.By analyzing and evaluating the spatial layout and bed supply capacities of existing nursing homes,and the pension service demands of surrounding communities,this paper provides a stronger foundation for site selection of new construction of nursing homes.By GIS and the web crawler technology,this paper collects and sorts out the number of supplied beds,geographic coordinate information,population of residential areas,spatial distribution of communities and road network information in Hefei.The ArcGIS spatial analysis platform is utilized to establish the spatial distribution models for the population center,pension service organization and the road network.The travel time between the residential areas and all pension service organizations is measured by setting the road passage capacity and utilizing the ArcGIS spatial analysis platform.The travel time between the residential areas and all pension service organizations is measured by utilizing Baidu API artificial intelligence operation.The results show that Baidu API can combine with the big data of Baidu navigation,reasonably pre-judge the traffic light and road congestion situation influence,and the measured travel time is closer to the real situation.Based on the residential area,the two-step mobile search algorithm is utilized to search the service capabilities which can be provided by the pension service organizations under different threshold values and find the total capabilities,so as to calculate the the accessibility of corresponding residential areas.The results show that the spatial distribution of pension service organizations is extremely uneven:the distribution of pension service organizations in the old urban area within the Second Ring is relatively dense,and the supporting facilities of the pension service organizations in the new city area outside the First Ring are not complete.From the city center to the periphery,the accessibility of resident to the pension service organizations gradually reduces,so various large chain pension service organizations have been constructed in Yaohai District,and the accessibility of residential areas near these service organizations is the highest A batch of pension service organizations have been newly constructed in Baohe District and Binhu New District,so the overall accessibility in this region also gradually improves,while the overall accessibility in Shushan District is not good for lack of large pension service organizations.The southwest new city area,the development area and the industrial park outside the Second Ring have no well-known chain pension service organizations due to few residential areas and park positioning,and other reasons,the accessibility of pension facilities in the residential areas in the region gradually reduces,especially the accessibility of pension facilities in some peripheral residential areas is very low,and the arrival of residents to the pension facilities is very poor.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes that the construction of pension service organizations in Hefei should focus on the new city area.Taking Shushan District as an example,this paper draws an conclusion that the construction of a middle pension service organizations at the intersection of Jinzhai Road and Huangshan Road in Shushan District can significantly improve the pension service level in Shushan District.Finally,the study presents that the facility construction of pension service organizations in Hefei should focus on full digging of the potential of pension service organizations,and give priority to the external new city area,and the western Shushan District.
