Research On The Construction Of "Digging-Analysis-Circulation" Model Of Network Intelligence In Police Practical Warfare

At present,the network has become the "fifth largest space" after the sea,land,air and sky,which has exerted a profound impact on all aspects of human society.It made progress to our society,while,some brand new problems also arose.For the public security organs,the network has become a pivotal source of information for police affairs.A large number of illegal and criminal clues are hidden in the public information on the network.Discovering and excavating the information will become a significant channel for the public security organs to crack down on crime and maintain stability.This is also an important grasp for the public security organs at all levels of the country to carry out innovative police reform and support decision-making service in the new era.In terms of this,this paper defines the concept of "network intelligence",analyses the characteristics,value and current situation of network intelligence in police practical warfare,and tightly combines with the reality of public security work,in order to explore new ways for public security organs in carrying out network intelligence work,and innovatively putting forward the working model of "five levels and one system".In this model,this paper focuses on the function,methods,skills,problems and difficulties of each module,points out the application scope and implementation path of the work model in police practical warfare,and tests the actual effect of the work model by analyzing three typical case events,so as to explore a way to promote the quality and effectiveness of network intelligence work in police practical warfare in a comprehensive way.The whole paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction part,which mainly elaborates the significance,background information,literature review and research methods of the study.The second part mainly expounds the characteristics and working mechanism of network intelligence,defines the concept and main characteristics of network intelligence,introduces the research situation of network intelligence at home and abroad,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing working mechanisms of network intelligence,so as to find practical sources for the universal application of the research results in the future.The third part focuses on how to construct the "digging-analysis-circulation" model of network intelligence in police practical warfare.Taking the current information work mechanism of public security organs into consideration,the author puts forward his own conception of network intelligence work model,and demonstrates it in flow and chart form to quest a new model of network intelligence service for police practical warfare.The fourth part focuses on the specific application of the "digging-analysis-circulation" model of network intelligence in actual combat,and introduces the application methods and paths of the model in actual combat from three aspects.The fifth part is the summary and outlook of the paper,the main research aspects of the paper are teased out and summarized,and the complicated problems existing in the research process are analyzed.In the future work and research,how to better improve and enhance the research achievements are expected.
