A Study On The Management And Correction Of Drug Users In Public Security Compulsory Detoxification Center

The Anti-Drug Law is to integrate compulsory detoxification resources and improve the corrective effect,the subjects of compulsory detoxification are divided into the public security detoxification centers and the judicial detoxification centers,the public security detoxification centers shall execute the compulsory detoxification for 3 to 6 months(up to 12 months in the public security detoxification centers)and then transfer to the judicial detoxification centers to continue the execution.Public security compulsory drug rehabilitation centers play a key role in drug addicts' rehabilitation.With the increasing problem of drug abuse,the drug users continues to increase,coupled with the increasing of drug category and younger trend of addicts,the public security management of compulsory rehabilitation centers correction task is getting heavier and heavier,and rehabilitation work is involved in complex engineering disciplines such as Medicine,Correction and Psychology,and as the change of social environment,the current compulsory detoxification is not effective.This paper analyzes the existing problems of drug addicts and their management corrections through public security compulsory drug rehabilitation,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.This article is divided into five parts:The first part: Introduces the purpose and significance of this study,the research methods,the research innovation points and the definition of related concepts.The second part: Taking Pingdingshan first compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center as an example,this part analyzes the basic situation of drug users in the public security compulsory drug rehabilitation center from the perspectives of gender,age,marital status,educational background,occupation,drug use type and times of drug addiction,and then analyzes the reasons of drug abuse from the perspectives of first drug use and relapse.The third part: Taking Pingdingshan City First Compulsory Isolation and Drug Treatment Center as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo of management and correction of drug addicts in the Compulsory Drug Treatment Center from two aspects: classification and management and management correction measures.The fourth part: According to the analysis of the status quo and management correction status of drug addicts in compulsory rehabilitation,this part points out the problems and causes in the management and correction of the public security compulsory drug rehabilitation center from the over-enhanced safety management,inadequate protection of body detoxification,the inability to follow up and education correction flows in form.The fifth part:From the aspects of setting up scientific management and correction ideas,strengthening the construction of management and correction personnel,innovating education and correction forms and methods,and focusing on the social investigation and file management of the strong-minded personnel,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the management and correction of drug addicts in public security compulsory drug rehabilitation centers.
