Research On Correctional Auxiliary Police Crime

The auxiliary police force at the detention center has grown every year.In recent years,with the improvement of the fighting effectiveness of public security organs,the number of imprisonment has continued to rise in recent years,and the tasks undertaken by public security supervisors have become more and more onerous.However,due to financial and staffing constraints,the police force in the prison is obviously insufficient.In order to alleviate the problem of police force tension,local party committees,governments and public security organs actively strive to increase the special establishment,strengthen the police force through science and technology,reform the service mode and innovate the police mechanism to carry out internal police force excavation,at the same time,the use of auxiliary police force has become a realistic choice to alleviate the problem of insufficient police force.Detention auxiliary police related problems are increasingly prominent.For a long time,auxiliary police officers have played an important role in assisting police officers to carry out management education,patrol and monitoring,service and reception,custody,and custody.But,because of the auxiliary police recruitment threshold low,cultural,legal consciousness is not strong,adapt to the post,remit,welfare aspects such as the lack of laws and regulations policy basis,around the function orientation and are not allowed to use management is not standard,and cause the auxiliary police illegal involved in law enforcement,abuse or even illegal crime,etc.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the concept and necessity of the crime of the auxiliary police in the detention house.The second chapter describes the common types of crimes committed by auxiliary police and their harms.The third chapter studies the reasons for the crimes committed by the auxiliary police in the current detention center and the reasons for the system,treatment and management of the auxiliary police in the detention center.The fourth chapter combined with the previous analysis,try to put forward governance improvement measures,put forward Suggestions for improvement,to be better responsible for auxiliary police and facilitate the work.
