auxiliary police system.To solve the problems in the legal status,team management and law enforcement effectiveness of the auxiliary police force,further enhance the standard of police standardization,modernization and legalization.These have a great significance to the maintenance of social stability,human lives and property and the development of our police affairs.The special group of auxiliary police is not spontaneously formed,but it is a government-led human resource allocation.Although the auxiliary police were originally due to the inadequate,but auxiliary police
