Investigation And Study On Job Satisfaction Of Civilian Police In Z City Detention Center

The detention center is the national criminal detention organ,which undertakes the task of detaining and supervising the suspects and defendants of crimes,and ensuring the smooth progress of criminal proceedings.At present,the harsh law enforcement environment in prisons,the increasing difficulty in the management of detainees,the great pressure on the work of the police,and the lack of firm ideals and beliefs of a small number of police all affect the work enthusiasm of the police in detention centers to a certain extent.How to effectively manage and motivate the police,arouse their enthusiasm for work,timely relieve their work pressure and improve their job satisfaction has become a difficulty in the current management of the prison team.This paper innovatively takes 152 policemen in Z city detention center as the research object,and carries out the investigation and research through the way of issuing questionnaires from the perspective of job satisfaction.By using spss software to analyze the data,it is found that the job satisfaction of police in detention center of Z city is general.At the same time,it is proposed that the job satisfaction of police can be improved from the following aspects:building a harmonious and healthy supervision culture,implementing preferential policing policies,planning police resources scientifically,continuing opening to the outside world,and attaching importance to the guidance and management of career development planning of police.Through the research on the job satisfaction of the police in detention center,not only enriches the research on job satisfaction,but also improves the job satisfaction of the police in detention center,optimizes the allocation of police resources,realizes the prediction function of job satisfaction,and enables the police in detention center to truly realize "happy work and happy life".
