Spatial-Temptoal Hotspot Analysis And Prevention And Countermeasures Of Theft Crime

At present,the overall social order of our country is good,and all kinds of major criminal offences are effectively curbed.However,the number of theft cases is still high,which seriously threatens the safety of people's lives and property.With the development of society,new changes have taken place in the occurrence of theft cases.The characteristics of professionalism,serialization and concealment are prominent.Although the social harmfulness and influence of theft crime are not comparable to those of major cases,it also affects the people's sense of security and satisfaction.It is difficult to achieve the "people-centered" concept of work,seriously torturing the government's comprehensive social governance ability and credibility.The high incidence of theft is the result of the interaction of multiple factors.This paper explores the temporal and spatial distribution of hotspots of urban theft,and provides guidance for public security organs to prevent and combat theft.This paper is based on the empirical study of theft cases in Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province,using the data of theft cases in Zaozhuang City from January 2017 to December 2017,drawing on the analysis methods and models of relevant research at home and abroad,using ARCGIS,SPSS,MATlab and other analysis software to analyze the data,to find out the temporal and spatial distribution of hotspots of theft,and to analyze the impact of theft crime.The possible factors provide guidance for public security organs to combat and prevent theft.This paper chooses four kinds of cases of burglary,pickpocketing,shop theft and electric vehicle theft,which have a high incidence of burglary,as the research object.Firstly,the time hotspot analysis of four types of theft crimes in the whole city is carried out,and the hotspot identification of crime data is carried out by means of data statistics and interpolation analysis.The results show that there are great differences in the time distribution of different types of theft crimes.Secondly,the hotspot identification of crime space is carried out by means of average nearest neighbor method and nuclear density estimation method.The results show that different types of theft cases have obvious spatial clustering characteristics,and hotspot distribution has similar laws.Finally,using the method of spatio-temporal hot spot matrix,the spatio-temporal hot spot of crime in mountain streets of Shanting District in a specific hot spot area is analyzed,and the spatio-temporal distribution law of four theft cases in the area under the jurisdiction of mountain streets is obtained.Through the results of time-space hotspot analysis,the corresponding preventive and control measures are put forward,and the practical test of preventive and control measures is carried out in Shancheng Street.
