Headed by hundred festival,the Spring Festival is a typical representative of traditional Chinese festivals.It not only displays the vivid picture of the folk life of the working people in China for thousands of years,but also the spiritual bond that connects the sons and daughters of the Chinese nation to strengthen their national identity and promote national unity.In the current era of building a socialist culture power with Chinese characteristics,the study of traditional Chinese New Year is not only because of its importance in inheriting Chinese traditional culture,but also because its customary activities contain rich moral education functions.Under the impact of western culture and multi-festival cultural values,the current Chinese New Year custom moral education function is not effective enough,combined with the current traditional Chinese New Year custom moral education function weakening status.Seeking the reasons and further digging into its moral education function is of great significance to adhere the cultural self-confidence and the building of a socialist cultural power with Chinese characteristics.This thesis takes "the traditional Chinese New Year custom has the function of moral education-the practical significance of the traditional Chinese New Year custom moral education function-the performance of the traditional Chinese New Year custom moral education weakening function-the analysis of the reasons-the search for countermeasures" is the logical main line of the article.On the basis of combing the traditional Chinese New Year's title in various historical periods,the origin of Chinese traditional Chinese New Year,summarizing the main customs of Chinese traditional Spring Festival,the analysis of traditional Chinese New Year customs has an important moral education function,mainly reflected in the value guiding function,social norms function and national identity function.Three aspects have important practical significance for the implementation of the harmonious home country concept,the implementation of the socialist core values and the promotion of the fine Chinese traditional culture.However,due to the different backgrounds of the times,the transformation of social structure and the conflict of ideas,some traditional Chinese New Year customs are difficult to adapt to the development of modern society.The younger generation who grow up in the modern social environment also needs to improve their recognition of the traditional Chinese New Year.The school environment,social environment and network environment have not paid enough attention to the development and utilization of the traditional Chinese New Year custom moral function.The above reasons have weakened the moral education function of the traditional Chinese New Year.In order to ensure the inheritance and development of the traditional Chinese New Year,custom activities should be better developed and utilized,starting from the festival itself,combined with the requirements of the times to innovate to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of people.As the main position of inheriting traditional Chinese New Year culture,people must enhance cultural self-confidence,deepen the recognition of traditionalChinese New Year and cultivated the feelings of the country.Finally,starting from the moral education environment,comprehensively use the family environment,school environment,social environment and network environment,and strive to create a good moral education environment,relying on traditional Chinese New Year customs to promote the development of moral education.
