Research On The Chinese Traditional Women's Education And Its Modern Enlightenment

With the continuous promotion of Chinese Dream,which realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the rising of the new fashion of carrying forward the excellent traditional culture,the analysis and research on the traditional female morality education does not only benefit the cultural accumulation and the promotion of the cultural awakening consciousness,but also is beneficial to the development of female moral education in the new era.From the perspective of gender,this paper defines the connotation and extension of traditional female moral education with the methods of literature research,historical analysis and case analysis.The contents of education are summed up as five aspects: "self-discipline,serving parents,helping the husband,teaching children,and hospitality",and the educational methods are summed up as five types: "quality cultivation,regulation of etiquette,guidance of female teaching,setting up examples,and self-education".On this basis,the development of traditional female moral education is combed into three stages: the starting and development period,the loose and repeated period,the strengthening and the decline period.Among them,the value orientation,the rank of rights and the bad habits of the traditional female moral education should be abandoned,but the essence parts of the traditional female moral education,such as the rule of etiquette,the emphasis of harmony and holding oneself,the common education,the respect for female and the softness,the combination of knowledge and practice,and freedom of marriage,have the value of the times,and still worth carrying on.Combined with the above contents,on the basis of inheriting the traditional female morality education partially,the 4th part of this paper puts forward the development of a comprehensive female moral education system,including the expansion of the educational object,the improvement of the educational content,the enrichment of educational methods,the widening of educational channels,and the "four-in-one" approach to education,which is based on society and school,supplemented by family and peer group.
