Study On Community Correction Procuratorial Supervision In China

As a kind of non-imprisonment punishment,community correction is helpful to promote the criminals to accept the education reform,return to society smoothly,and save the lawsuit resources.Our country has also introduced the system on the basis of the pilot practice and has been widely spread in the whole country.It is great significance to implement the social community correction for social economic development and social stability.Improve social community correction and comprehensively propel community correction work is an important task put forward in the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Party Central Committee.In recent years,community correction work has made great progress.However,with the deepening of the reform of the judicial system and the wide application of the community correction system in our country,this enforcement measures have exposed many problems and imperfections in the judicial practice.As a legal supervision organ,the procuratorate shoule play a role in the community correction,which is to supervise the implementation of community correction and community correction.But there are also some problems in the field of community correction procuratorialsupervision,which affect the development of its functions.The purpose of this article is to explore and analyze the problems exposed in the practice of social correction and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.It might be helpful for the community correction work in the future.The whole dissertation consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,introduce the research background,research status and the resrarch methods in community corrction.The second part discusses the basic theory of community correction from the concept,constitution,characteristics and theoretical basis of community correction procuratorialsupervision.The third part talk about the development path and the problems in community correction procuratorialsupervison.The fourth chapter aims to provide enlightenment for further improving the supervision system of community correction in our country by studying the abroad experience of the supervisory system of community correction in theUnited States,Britain,Japan,Russia and other countries.The last chapter addresses the aforementioned issues and implications and proposes suggestions for the improvement of community corrections supervision system,like improving legal supervision,strengthen community correction,as well as the rational allocation of procuratorial organ in the remit of community correction.Itmighe be helpful for the community correction work in the future.
