Research On The Impact Of Presence On Public Trust In Mobile Government

With China's "Internet + public service" put forward and constantly advancing,the mobile government led by all levels of government will provide more and better personalized information and services to our public,and more social forces will participate in it.Our Congress will form a new mobile government ecosystem.Mobile Government(mGov),also known as mobile e-government,mainly refers to the application of mobile technology in government work.It provides services for the public through such technologies as mobile phones,PAD,wireless networks,Bluetooth,RFID,etc.Its role is not only to popularize government services,but also to effectively solve the digital divide and improve efficiency.However,the current development of mobile government is not mature.Apart from the technical shortcomings,research shows that public perception,such as trust,is also an important factor affecting mobile government.Under such a premise,it is particularly important to enhance public trust.And taking the public trust of mobile government as the research topic will surely bring a qualitative leap to the improvement of mobile government.In the study of public trust in mobile government environment,scholars mostly focus on fairness and satisfaction factors in the process and neglect to promote it to the level of public perception of presence.Therefore,on the basis of public use of mobile government,this paper adds the theory of presence,satisfaction and trust,stimulus-organism-response,and analyses the problem of public trust in mobile government from the perspective of presence on the basis of previous single research.The research takes presence as antecedent variable,personal attributes such as public satisfaction and heart flow experience as intermediary variable,trust tendency as moderator variable,and mobile government public trust as outcome variable to construct the research model.Through literature analysis,research hypothesis is put forward,combined with 399 valid questionnaires for analysis and statistical data,and then the reliability,validity,correlation and regression analysis of data are carried out with the help of SPSS software,so as to test the hypothesis and explore the influencing mechanism between the various elements,so as to provide a new perspective of interpretation for the study.The research finds that firstly,the sense of presence has a significant positive impact on the public trust of mobile government,that is,perception,emotion and perception of presence have a positive impact on the public trust of mobile government;secondly,satisfaction and flow experience play a mediating role in the relationship between perception of presence,emotional presence and perception of presence and public trust of mobile government,respectively;lastly,satisfaction and flow experience play a mediating role in the relationship between perception of presence and perception of presence and public trust of mobile government.Trust propensity does not play a positive moderating role between intermediary variables and public trust in mobile government,but has a direct and main effect on public trust in mobile government.This study analyzed the influence of various dimensions of presence on public trust in mobile government,and introduced two mediating variables,satisfaction and heart-fluid experience,which broadened the application of presence in e-government.In addition,from the perspective of the sense of presence,this paper explores the development and current situation of mobile government,collates the mechanism and antecedents of influencing the public trust of mobile government,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the public trust of mobile government based on the analysis and induction.It not only enriches the academic research results on public trust in mobile government,but also promotes the healthy and long-term development of mobile government in China.
