Case Study On Improving The Accessibility Of Punishing Micro-corruption In Mianyang City

The Communist Party of China summed up its historical experience and lessons,combined with the new requirements of the new era of development,put forward the punishment of micro-corruption.Micro-corruption is a grass-roots staff.In the process of exercising public power,there are a series of problems,such as eating and taking cards,fighting for profits with the people,seeking personal gains by power,good relatives and friends,false reporting and falsifying collar.Grass-roots cadres are the communication bridge between the Party Committee and the government and the masses.If they do not play a bridge role,they will appear corruption,which will inevitably affect the image of the Communist Party of China in the hearts of the masses and further affect the ruling foundation of our Party.Punishing micro-corruption at the grass-roots level has become a key task in the construction of a clean and honest Party style and the struggle against corruption,which has attracted great attention of the Party and the state.The phenomenon of micro-corruption at the grass-roots level has not been effectively eradicated.In some areas,there is a growing trend of spread,so there are still a large number of micro-corruption at the grass-roots level.Grassroots micro corruption is small and numerous,and the form is obscure.To punish micro corruption,we need to improve the accessibility and form some good experience,so as to effectively control micro power.Accessibility means that it can be achieved,and punishment accessibility means that the punishment measures can achieve the goal of punishing minor corruption.In recent years,Mianyang City has strengthened the comprehensive ability of discipline inspection cadres through a series of training programs,innovated and created a sunshine supervision platform with Internet +supervision,and focused on improving the open system of three affairs,special inspection system and three-level joint examination system,so as to improve the accessibility of punishing micro-corruption.Focusing on the subject of improving the accessibility of punishing microcorruption,referring to relevant literature and combining with the current situation of punishing micro-corruption,the author takes the key crux of promoting the punishment of micro-corruption as the breakthrough point.Taking Mianyang City as acase study,this paper uses power theory,multiple governance theory and other public management theories to analyze in depth the main factors,supervision factors and prevention factors to improve the accessibility of punishing micro-corruption.This paper combs out the paths to improve the accessibility of punishing micro-corruption in Mianyang City,analyses its key practices and measures,summarizes its experience and enlightenment,and solves the key problems in promoting the work of punishing micro-corruption,so as to provide reference for our country to further improve the punishment of micro-corruption.
