| General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection:"’Micro-corruption’ may also become a’great scourge’,It is the trust of the people at the grassroots level in the party." Compared with the "great corruption,"the public hates "Micro-corruption" more deeply,because it happens around the people,the people can feel its harm more seriously.In this paper,literature method,case method and other methods to analyze the typical cases of"Micro-corruption" investigated in District J of T City,and summarized the current situation of "Micro-corruption" in District J of T City,and"Micro-corruption" has the characteristics of high public attention,deep concealment,involving many fields,high dissemination,great harm and so on.It also concludes that the causes of "Micro-corruption" are the deviation of grassroots cadres’ ideological understanding,the cadres’ disciplinary style is not strict,and the implementation of anti-corruption system is not in place.Accordingly,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:first,strengthen discipline inspection teams,improve the ability to handle cases;Second,strengthen the education of clean government,enhance the concept of clean government;Third,improve the prevention mechanism,build a strong anti-corruption line;Fourth,broaden supervision channels and extend supervision tentacles;Fifth,improve the punishment system and strengthen the deterrent force. |
