Analysis Of Spatial Distribution Characteristics Of Public Resources In Taiyuan Based On Geoscience Information Map

With the rapid development of urbanization,the population has gradually formed a concentrated distribution trend,and at the same time brought various problems to the development of the city and people's lives,such as traffic congestion,ecological damage,employment difficulties,and difficulty in seeing a doctor.It is extremely urgent to rationally plan public service resources.To this end,it is necessary to fully understand the current status and characteristics of the distribution of public service resources.The research area of this study is Taiyuan,the capital of Shanxi Province.The research object is the public service facilities in Taiyuan.According to the data obtained,it is divided into six general categories and twelve sub-categories,which are educational facilities(including middle schools,primary schools,kindergartens);commercial facilities(including restaurants,hotels).,supermarkets;health facilities(including medical institutions and pharmacies);administrative facilities;banks;green facilities(including parks and green spaces).The research method is divided into two aspects: the distribution of the distribution of facility resources and the accessibility of spatial distribution.The method of studying the quantity of distribution is the Gini coefficient and the Theil index.The method for studying the accessibility of spatial distribution is service area analysis in GIS network analysis and Gauss-based two-step mobile search method.According to the analysis results,the corresponding thematic maps are produced by ArcGIS software,and the analysis is compared.The results of this study are as follows:The Gini coefficient of the distribution of public service facilities in Taiyuan City is about 0.236,and the overall rationality is high.The rationality of distribution of various facilities from high to low is: kindergarten,pharmacy,medical,banking,middle school,administrative,primary school,supermarket,catering,hotel,park,green space.The distribution characteristics of public service facilities in various urban areas of Taiyuan City are as follows: in Yangqu County,Xinghualing District and Yingze District,the proportion of resources is larger than the proportion of the population,and the degree is deepened.In Loufan County,Gujiao City,Jiancao District,Jinyuan District,Xiaodian District,Qingxu County and Wanbai District,the proportion of the population is greater than the proportion of resources,and the degree is deepened.The service areas of various public service facilities in Taiyuan vary greatly in various urban areas.Despite the irrationality between the population distribution and the service setting division,in general,the population of the public service facility system covers about 95% of the total population of Taiyuan.The accessibility of residents to various facilities is very different.In general,in the eastern part of Taiyuan,the accessibility value in the urban area centered on the six districts is generally higher,and there is a tendency to expand southward.In addition,the accessibility values of other districts and counties are highest in their respective central regions and are decreasing outward.The fair and reasonable layout of urban public facilities can guide the flow of people,alleviate the centralization of population density in the central area,the pressure of land use and the traffic pressure in the central area,balance the ecology and living environment,and improve the quality of life of citizens.Therefore,studying the distribution of public service facilities in a city is of great significance to social stability and the happiness of urban residents.
