Research On The Accessibility Of Basic Public Services In My Country

Accessibility of basic public services refers to whether citizens can enjoy fair and accessible basic public services and whether citizens are satisfied with the basic public services provided by the government,which mainly includes five characteristics: equalization of basic public services,accessibility,accessibility,adaptability and acceptability of basic public services.Explaining the concept of accessibility of basic public services will help us understand the main contents of accessibility of basic public services,make clear whether the basic public services enjoyed by citizens are fair and accessible,find out the existing problems in accessibility of basic public services,and make corresponding improvements to these problems.In recent years,our government attaches great importance to the construction of basic public services,the overall supply level of basic public services in China has been significantly improved,and the policy guarantee system of basic public services has been gradually improved.However,there are still many shortcomings,such as unequal supply of basic public services,low integration between basic public services and new technologies,insufficient basic public services to meet the needs of different groups,and low acceptability of basic public services.The main ways to solve these problems are: optimizing the supply mechanism of basic public services;Improve the informationization and specialization level of basic public service system;Establish and improve the supervision of basic public services.
