Research Of County Public Services Equalization Allocation Under The Background Of Urban-rural

Due to the long-term urban-rural,the staffing level is significantly between urban and rural public service,urban and rural public service equalization is an important foundation for resolving livelihood issues and social harmony and stability.This paper is based on the background of urban and rural,according to the equalization of public services,proceeding from the perspective of supply level and spatial distribution of health facilities,study the equalization configuration of health facilities.Taking Changxing county health facilities for the study,it is based on GIS data visualization,Space Syntax and SPSS statistical methods to explore the research methods of county health facilities equalization configuration.First,depending on the size and functions of the health facilities in the county health facilities will be divided into five categories,namely: general hospitals,specialty hospitals,regional hospitals,health centers and community health service stations.From the entire county,the Area,the township health facilities were supplied to measure the level and spatial balance.Spatial patterns,spatial dispersion and directivity: application in health care facilities spatial layout,study the basic characteristics of health care facilities in Changxing County,spatial layout Secondly,using GIS data visualization and spatial analysis.Finally,through field research and analysis questionnaire Changxing County travel habits of residents,medical and health facilities of different levels of accessibility of GIS spatial analysis methods,to give up a comprehensive evaluation of the results of medical and health facilities,proposes to optimize the spatial layout of health facilities measures to effectively enhance the county health facilities equalization of staffing levels.Accord to the medical supply and sanitation facilities to study the spatial distribution of two angles equalization,spatial analysis and evaluation of the supply and distribution of health facilities,in-depth study of various types of spatial accessibility of health facilities,health care facilities for the spatial layout problems in the corresponding optimization and upgrading for the study of the equalization of public services configuration provides a reference method.
