Research On The Legal Issues Of Online Short-term Rentalof Housing Supervisionin China

In recent years,with the development of Internet technology and the boom in sharing economy,the concept of sharing has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.At the same time,due to the support of government policies,the prosperity of the tourism market and the individualized demand for renting houses,the online short-term rental industry has gained an increasingly strong development momentum.However,in the face of this rapidly developing emerging industry,China's current regulatory system is unable to adapt to the development characteristics of this industry to a certain extent,and has not played an effective regulatory role.This thesis aims to explore the legal problems existing in the online short-term rental supervision of China's housing and to propose feasible countermeasures.This thesis consists of an introduction,a body and a conclusion,and its arguments will be expounded in the following four parts:The first part is an overview of online short-term rental and its supervision.This part first explains the concept,characteristics,mode,legal relationship and development status of online short-term rental of houses,and then analyzes the status quo and necessity of supervision on online short-term rental of housing in China.The second part is about the legal problems of online short-term rent supervision in China.It mainly discusses from two aspects: the imperfect legal system and the lack of administrative supervision.The third part is about the overseas practices and the referential valuable experience of online short-term rental supervision.This part will compare the practice of online short-term rental supervision in the United States,Canada,the United Kingdom,the Netherlands and other places to draw on the regulatory experience that is beneficial to China.The fourth part is about the countermeasures to improve the supervision of online short-term rental in China.This part mainly proposes corresponding countermeasures from two aspects: perfecting the legal system for supervision and improving the administrative supervision system.
