| With the development and popularization of Internet technology,the shared econo my based on the Internet platform has made considerable progress.As a new econom ic form,shared economy not only provides convenience for consumers,but also provi des an effective way to utilize the idle resources of society.The new economic form is attacking the traditional business mode,causing many regulatory difficulties.Unlice nsed management,house fire,health and safety issues have become increasingly promi nent.From the point of view of studying the existing legal issues of online short rent of residential accommodation,this paper summarizes the experience of legal regulatio n in advanced regions and countries in the development of online short rent of reside ntial accommodation at home and abroad,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the healthy and stable development of online short rent of residential accom modation in China.In addition to the "introduction" and "conclusion",this paper consists four parts: t he first chapter introduces the related theoretical content of online short rent of reside ntial accommodation,including the definition and characteristics of shared economy an d online short rent of residential accommodation;the second part analyses the constitu tion the legal relationship of online short rent of residential accommodation in China.Chapter 2 starts with the main body,platform and supervision of online short-rent o peration of our country’s residential quarters to find out the existing legal problems an d analyze the reasons for the legal problems.Chapter three summarizes the developme nt experience of domestic and foreign legal regulation of online short rent of residenti al accommodation,and applies it to domestic legal regulation of online short rent of residential accommodation.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions for improving the existing legal problems of online short hire in China.According to the actual situ ation of our country,we should supervise and manage it from three aspects: improvin g the legal rank of online short rent of residential accommodation,perfecting the supp orting laws and regulations,and perfecting the function of government supervision. |
